OUR OPERATIONS ASSESSMENT WILL TELL YOU
We'll do a comprehensive review your warehousing, logistics,
manufacturing, and/or distribution operations to identify opportunities
for improvement that will help you reach your supply chain goals.
Then we'll present our formal report that outlines our key findings
and recommendations and provides an effective action plan.
IF YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS COULD BE MORE EFFICIENT
AND COST-EFFECTIVE, WOULD YOU WANT TO KNOW?

PAST PROJECT SUCCESSES
25-site DC Network Operational Risk Assessment
We helped a multi-billion-dollar distributor of pharmaceuticals evaluate the operational risk of their 25-DC network to identify and prioritize potential points of failure in each facility and prevent incidents that might impact production.
Multi-channel Warehouse Capacity and Slotting Assessment
We helped a fast-growing, multi-channel distributor of pharmaceuticals and health and beauty products determine the operating capacity of their current warehouse and optimize their SKU slotting to extend the life of their current warehouse as long as
possible before needing to relocate.
Warehouse Operational Assessment
We assessed a 3PL fulfillment operation to identify and recommend feasible improvements that would bring the most economic value to the business, especially in their assembly, kitting, and packing areas.
Operational Assessment of Labor Performance, Timeliness, and Accuracy
We helped a footwear manufacturer determine why their labor costs nearly doubled and their service levels decreased significantly when they relocated to a new building.
