We'll pay you a cash referral commission of 10% of our total professional fees for the consulting engagement.

Here are the simple steps:

1. Fill out the form below to formally register a referral with us. Please include as many details as possible about the potential consulting engagement in the provided field.

2. If we're already pursuing the consulting engagement (which is not common), or if we're not suitable for the potential consulting work, we'll let you know immediately. Otherwise, we'll approve your referral in writing, begin pursuing the consulting engagement, and work to close the sale. Of course, your ongoing assistance during the sales process will boost our chance of earning the business, but it is not required.

3. When a contract for the consulting engagement has been executed, we'll let you know the amount of our total projected professional fees. That way, you can estimate the referral commission you will receive from us.

4. After we receive any payment for the consulting engagement you referred to us, we'll send you your referral commission of 10% of the professional fees we receive (excluding travel expenses and related pass-through costs).
